2 of Hooshang's genres in 2 museum exhibitions

Two of Hooshang's genres are currently or have been part of museum exhibits in Montana and Massachusetts.

"Equine Allure," a 30x40-inch painting of a running horse, is being displayed during the 49th Art Exhibit and Auction at the Yellowstone Arts Museum in Billings, Montana. The event runs from Jan. 19 to March 4.

The exhibit showcases a mix of styles that typifies the culture of Montana. Artwork ranges from cutting-edge contemporary to traditional landscape and Western. Museum officials said the event is a premier showcase of art that draws collectors from across the country. Juror was Kenneth L. Schuster, director and chief curator at the Brinton Museum in Big Horn, Wyoming.

"Nature's Poetry," a 24x30-inch floral, was exhibited in the Members Show at Attleboro (Massachusetts) Arts Museum from Dec. 9 to Feb. 2.

Attleboro Arts Museum is a community-based arts organization working to educate and promote art in the community with a wide range of programs.
